The WMCA is a non-profit organization that has a goal unlike any other business in the world! We want to help towns or
counties that can't afford an annual carnival be able to afford it. Yep, we are going to help unwealthy towns get a carnival
in their agendas. Not only that, but we give the rest of the money to our favorite charity: Cans for Cancer! So come on and
